I swim and have been getting sore lately around my shoulders, upper arms, and legs. Should I buy biofreeze? What kind? I also have had some lower back pains, will biofreeze help that too??

The only bio-freeze that I know of is a branded name and it does work the best. In conjunction a good massage therapist is what I do.
Let me also tell you about a book my chiropractor recently told me about to let you help yourself because the medical field knows (as a whole) too little about muscles and refereed pain.
The book is The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It is written so the average person can learn how to help themselves.

I could not find Biofreeze for sale when doctor recommended several things, but finally found it at a Physical Therapy office. Didn't need it by that time. Theragesic worked very well for me though.

YES, Biofreeze really does work well and i think it lasts longer than the other rubs. I got mine at the chiropractor's office for $8.00 its worth it and you don't have to use much . Hope you feel better

quit swimming, the pain will go away by itself.
