GO TO THE DOCTOR. the exact same thing happened to me a few months ago, and i was scared to go to the doctor so i left them like that for 2 months until this huge tumor puss purple disgusting thing grew and it was so horribly infected. i finally went to the doctor and she prescribed some antibiotic cream, it worked amazingly. if all it is is fluid, it's probably not infected yet. once you experience color change, pain, puss, and drastic swelling then it's infected but your best bet is to go to the doctor before it gets to that, trust me.

is there pain and is the fluid yellow? if not it is not an infection. first of all make sure you have good surgical steel jewelry in there. clean it with sea salt and water. don't use peroxide because it will just dry the skin out. peroxide is for fresh wounds. you could also use rubbing alcohol. it will drain dues to the cartilage trying to heal. keep some sea salt handy to clean it when that happens. that can go for other piercings as well.

It's infected, make sure you clean your ear at least three times a day, with hydrogen peroxide. Then apply an antibiotic cream, after each cleaning. You can buy the antibiotic cream over the counter,at any drug store. If it does not get better in 24-48 hours, than see your doctor. You can leave the piercing in,for now just remember to turn it.. The antibiotic cream should make it easy to turn. Don't forget to wash your hands, before you touch your ear!
