things to do with a coconut?

i am working on an african social studies project and i need ideas on things to do with it. i have about 1/4 a cup of the milk and the inside of 2 coconuts.it can be a desert or a drink keep in mind that this is for a class of about 26 so use sparingly

1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine the milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender, and mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut.
Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

How about coconut candy?

1/2 grated fresh coconut
1/4 c. coconut milk
1 lb. powdered sugar

Use hands to mix grated coconut, coconut milk and sugar until stiff (if necessary, more sugar may be added).

Shape it into flattened balls. Place on lightly floured plate.

Leave it in a cool environment to harden for at least 1 day/24 hours.
