Yes. It can make you sick that is why we are taught at an early age not to pick our nose or ingest its contents. I also believe that is why we use handkerchiefs or facial tissues - to avoid contact with our hands and contain the contents when we blow our noses.

do you mean if it dangerous to eat your mucus???
well the function of the mucus and the hairs in your nose is to keep the bacterias/dirt/viruses/etc to enter to your body, so if you eat this you are eating all this bad stuff

If you are talking about swallowing your own mucus then no, your stomach acids kill off the bacteria.
If you are breathing into your lungs someones impolite sneeze then yes you can catch what they have
