I had symptoms like that when I was your age. It was rheumatism, but it didnt get any worse as I got older. But it was bearable and happened only when it got cold. But dont worry, go to the doc if it persists.
My daughter and son both had similar symptoms and it turned out to be a condition that teens suffer from, and grow out of. I dont remember the name. They are both fine now.

Its just growing pains
What Causes Them?
No firm evidence exists to show that the growth of bones causes pain. The most likely causes are the aches and discomforts resulting from the jumping, climbing, and running that active children do during the day. The pains can occur after a child has had a particularly athletic day.
What Are the Signs and Symptoms?
Growing pains always concentrate in the muscles, rather than the joints. Most children report pains in the front of their thighs, in the calves, or behind the knees. Whereas joints affected by more serious diseases are swollen, red, tender, or warm, the joints of children experiencing growing pains appear normal.
Although growing pains often strike in late afternoon or early evening before bed, there are occasions when pain can wake a slumbering child. The intensity of the pain varies from child to child, and most kids don't experience the pains every day.
Some things that may help alleviate the pain include:
massaging the area
stretching
placing a heating pad on the area
giving ibuprofen or acetaminophen

Sounds like arthritis; try using rubbing alcohol to subdue the pain. Ask a Dr to check you for arthritis. If its not arthritis it may be some other bone density issue. Let your mom/dad/gaurdian know whats going on and see a Dr pronto. It is always better to know what the problem is than to drive yourself crazy wondering
I hope this helps

You may have arthritis. Sounds weird, but it's not impossible for younger teenagers to have it. You should have your parents take you to the doctor for a checkup. In the meantime, take 2 Aleve every 4 hours to minimize the pain.

See a good doctor as soon as possible. Not to scare you but it can be a symptom of a painful adulthood and old age.
