(MARC has more limited service and doesn't run at all on weekends). Then you can take the light rail in Baltimore to the convention center. So its a hassle but probably the cheapest option. You could take SuperShuttle or some other shuttle service but my guess is it will probably be fairly expensive to do so.

Some times I can get information from wmata all the way to a destination in B-More. Even if you caught a cab from BWI it would still be cheaper. You can also catch one of the Shuttles.
