I usually just have a tablespoon of olive oil. or a couple of figs or prunes..... but I found this list and maybe something on it will help you.

sesame seed/oil
honey
pear
prune
peach
apple
apricot
walnut
pine nut
almond
alfalfa sprouts
soy products
carrot
cauliflower

whole fresh milk*

Foods that Promote Bowel Movement

Drink plenty of liquids—at least eight glasses a day. Water and herbal tea are best. Juices are not recommended, nor are caffeinated drinks
Drink several cups of warm-to-hot liquid in the morning. Herbal teas or water work well. Drink fairly quicky - in order to "flood" your stomach with warmth
Exercise:
Do daily exercise, like a brisk half-hour walk or some sit-ups, if you can.
Visit the toilet for 15 minutes in the morning, even if you are unable to have a bowel movement. This relaxes and stimulates your digestive system.
Sit quietly for 15 minutes after eating a meal to aid in digestion.

I hope you feel better soon....

Drink plenty of water, and eat prunes or raisins (prunes are better). Also, walking or exercise helps to get things moving.
