I'm sorry, I don't know of any reputable West Highland Terrier breeders in your area.

What I do know is that if you can contact any breeder in your area and interview them, you will gain knowledge. Be sure to ask for referrals of the people who purchased puppies from them last year and more years ago. Then certainly call those people to check on the dogs health and disposition.
I have purchased from so called reputable breeders only to have to take the dog back to the breeder with no refund of my money because the dog was agressive in nature. They came highly recommended, far and wide. I was so mad.
I have had other reputable breeders provide me with suitable pups. I have also purchase a pup from a "backyard breeder" he is without a doubt the best dog I've ever owned and I will buy from that breeder again.

Go through the breed clubs to get referrals to reputable breeders.
The link below takes you to the KC page for WHWT. At the bottom there is a list of breed clubs - there is a Midland club. Contact them.
