I've heard Newegg is going to have deals on Vista Ultimate OEM for only like 100 bucks.

According to this price comparison chart of retailers selling Vista Home Premium FULL VERSIONS, you can get one for only $115 while MSRP is $280 and box box retailers are selling it for $240-250.

Try torrent websites. You will need a bittorrent program though but they are free! ISOHUNT, PIRATEBAY, BITTORNADO etc....
