if u havent played long. then putt it. if its on the fairway. if its in deep rough then do the best u can and go hit it again.

(30 yards) Sand Wedge or bump and run with a 7 iron. Depends on the lie really.

It varies with the player,for me that would be a pitching wedge shot !!
