There is never anyone on the other end and I just got this phone sevice but now I am also getting 5-10 sales calls a day. Is this some program used to sell t0o marketers or what?

No is probably a telemarketer trying to call you to sell... The no one at the end of the line is called predictive dialing... a phone bank will try and call you and will try to connect a telemarketer to you at the same time, when they are not there.. it means usually all of the operators are busy....

It's also a sceme to verify someone there sometimes....

Go to https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx and register the phone number

within the month, if they are not gone, then you can report them and they do get fined.

When E Management @ 561 455 3020 CALLS, and the # appears on DISPLAY, PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER, MAKE NOTE of TIME of CALL, Then REPORT 'em to THE FTC!!!!
