ALOT... if you are young. The body (and liver) are incredibly valient in taking and processing alcohol, again, when you're young. The liver stops working so hard when you get into your thirties. And to the first answer, up to 4 alcoholic drinks a day is good for you. Including beer. It prevents heart disease, however the health does spike drastically downward after the number 4.

It depends on so many factors that noone can give you an accurate answer. Many will tell you just not to drink, then you won't have to worry. I say drink until your gut tells you to stop. As far as health effects, one day they say it's fine; the next day they tell you not drink. I say: drink your limit; and no more. Nobody besides you can say how much you as an individual should drink!

the answer is 1. If you drink one you will in all likelyhood drink two,then three etc etc before you no it wham and more than your health could be damaged.

Wine drinkers get a benefit with two glasses and no more. For beer drinkers no such benefits. So no amount is good for you. Hey I still love bud though.
