I got drunk with a my friend and told her that i have feelings for her and we kissed. Her friend is my ex and we just broke up a week ago.

It's not about whether your drunken actions were wrong or not. What you need to do at your first opportunity is tell the friend that you want to apologize for acting so inappropriately so soon after your breakup with her friend. You don't need to deny or confirm your feelings about her right now.
However, it occurs to me that she has just as much reason to apologize to you for the very same reason. Girlfriends normally protect each other emotionally.

Is it wrong to get drunk?I think so.Is it wrong to kiss another girl if you just broke up with her best friend?Not if you have feelings for her.Where do you stand with this girl?Or was this a rebound sort of ting?

actually i dont think it is wrong at all!! i mean if u truly have feelings for this girl then it is not wrong. u already broke up with her friend!! u should be happy!! im pretty sure ur ex will understand if this girl makes you happy!!

You've done nothing wrong, but your ex and her friend would be wise to talk out how they feel. I hope that this doesn't come between them as friends.

shouldn't be nothing wrong if it don't bother your friend any. and your not seeing your ex anymore so why should it bother her any
