i dont have many hairs on my arms... too few to be honest but i DONT LIKE THEM AT ALL cus most are blond but there are a few kinda brown which i hate.... i wanna bleach them cus i dont wanna shave it or wax it. i know they go something from 20 to 40, but i dont know what would work for the thing i need it, i dont wanna burn my skin. heeeeeelp!!!

You won't burn your skin because if you feel it burning you will wipe it off right?
I would use 30 or 40 volume gel peroxide myself because you will want it to work fast because you don't want it on your skin very long (it will dry it out)and also, you don't want those brown ones turning orange or yellow.
10 or 20 volume won't work

Ok , this is kind of scary. I think you should just leave your skin the way it is. Along with your hair color on your arms.. I mean its different if you were dieing the hair on your head, but on your arms?? Thats like putting toxic bleach on your scalp.

you can die your hair,and use the leftover stuff on your arm.
