I've just started dating this guy and last night when we out and having a laugh he used the word ***** to discribe his boss ... until recently I didn't know this was a negative term(sorry) but now i do .
So I'm kind of bother because i don't think any term if the group who it is referring to is offend then that it should be used so how do i tell this guy that it bothered me and should I think he has issues?

well since you started dating him or getting to know him there are going to be things you don't like or gets on your nerves, just tell him how you feel. You really have to conmuntate!

Oh stop it! He doesn't have issues, this is just the way he expresses himself. If it offends you, move on. If you tell him it offends you, he may think he has to walk on eggshells when he speaks around you.

No, I dont think he has a problem. He said that about his boss probably because he didnt like him. Its no big deal, relax
