1. Fugi is a decent brand, but there are many more high quality cameras that are affordable. If you have a choice, I'd go with Nikon, Canon, or Sony.The lenses are better and they seem to have less issues.
2. FPS indicates how many pictures the camera can take in 1 second.
3. HP is a good brand for computers, but ask yourself...would you but a computer from a camera company? Stick with a brand that is a camera manufacturer first and foremost.
4. Samsung is ok, but what is important when deciding what camera to get is what features you want and what your budget is. Do you want a simple point-and-click that is easy to operate, or are you advanced enough to choose settings like shutter speed and aperture? Visiting the camera companies' website should give you a wealth of information.

1. fuji is ok, i'd stick with canon or sony
2. the camera shoots X frames per second. 3 fps, the camera takes 3 photos in 1 second.

1. Above entry level, Fuji is fine. I still prefer Canon or Olympus.

Of the 3 camera brands definetely go with Fugi. HP has not been in the camera business very long. If you're buying a camera and need help as to what to buy, mention how much you plan to spend and if you're just going to do casual shooting on the weekends or really get involved with photography.
