Hey I did this job years ago - loved it!

Don't know of any sites, but I got a few contacts from a local wig shop (Dimples) and also from a couple of hairdressing suppliers.

I also got a contact (the one I went with in the end) from my local cancer hospital. They often supply wigs to people who have lost their hair during treatment. Very rewarding doing that. Good luck!
