i have to restart the comp, but still i only get 20seconds. ive checked all the leads cant figure it out. ive even rolled it back from WM11 to WM10 still no joy, helpppppppppppp

My niece had this, i fixed it by going to ms site and getting a hotfix, sorry cant tremember what its called, but i hope that helps in someway.

First i would advise to do a virus scan to see if you have a virus in your com.,,if not then delete media player..restart the com. reconect to the internet and go to the Microsoft website and download mediaplayer again ..all being well that should fix it for you....Tony.

Your copy of Player may have become corrupt. You can uninstall it and reinstall. That might fix it.
