how much tylenol do i give my 9 year old that weighs 100 pounds?i have the 500 milligram pills.he has a fever?

donot give that to your child ,theirs a child dosage available from tylenol.... read the label on the adult bottle!!!!!

My daughter was recently treated by a physician and he told me that the dose is 15mg per kg every 4 hrs as needed. So 100 lbs is 45 kg x 15 mg = 681mg as the maximum dose. So it is okay to give him one 500 mg tablet.
