No, it's fine. The majority of fluid in your body is being used elsewhere now (the baby) so your nose will get dry....causing the blood when you blow, because you're irritating it even more. Try some saline nose drops to moisten it up a little. Good Luck!

Pregnancy can cause nose bleeds, I have blown my nose more since I have been pregnant then I have in my whole life and often there will be tiny amounts of blood mixed in.

The only time I've ever had a nosebleed was when I was pregnant.
Its from the increase in blood volume.
As with any nosebleed, if it doesn't stop within a hour or so or its just gushing blood, head to the doctor.

CONGRATS on your baby!

I don't think you have much to worry about, when you are pregnent your blood volume increases and so you are prone to bleeding. My gums bled like crazy when i was pregnant. If you are worried se your doctor or midwife to put ur mind at rest.....

I wouldn't worry but you may want to get a humidifier to put some moisture in the air of your house.

It's regular, even normal to have nosebleeds.
Just take precautions (dispose of the blood... ect.) to prevent disease.
