I.Q. test are based on averages. In theory, the absolute average I.Q. is 100, so if yours is 103, you're three points above average. Generally, below 80 is almost retarded, 135 and up is genius.

An IQ test(ratio for children) has a virtually limitless ceiling. An adult IQ is never placed above 210, and any IQ above 195 SD 15 is used to show differences in intelligence between certified geniuses. 103 is in the average range. It is said that above 140 is in the genius range, but genius is attained, but if given, is only given in strokes.
P.S. College education has nothing to do with intelligence. If you are autodidactic and extremely intelligent, college won't matter.
There is no collegiate level IQ test. College and university students are given the same tests as everyone else.

An IQ test has no upper limit for children, but the limit for adults is 210. No one has ever scored above a 196 on a 16 SD test.
103 is an average score.

I'm not sure what the total possible is, but the average range is 80-120, so 103 indicates that you have an average IQ.

175 is the maximum. That's at the collegiate level though.
