Personally, I feel l that you may have quicker and better results as to finding your exact needs through this type of purchase by going to a hardware store and getting a larger tool bag for around 15 bucks. (The one I just bought has a carriage handle attached to it as well)
But I am not sure when you are leaving or whether the type of bag I mentioned will suit your needs or not in accordance with style you may like, but it is only a bag.

Join Freecycle, a Yahoo group. Just search for freecycle on yahoo, and find the group in your area. This group is for people to give away stuff they no longer want (all for free) and people can also ask for stuff they're looking for. You can find almost anything for free.

Try ebay. only problem with sites are that they charge for postage, which could be expensive due to the size.
