That depends are you a student or a teacher? If you are a student are you in a qualified secondary educational institute (college, University) are you a full time student?

Not as education expenses unless they are for your pre-existing profession/occupation. Do you use a program that helps determining your taxable income or minimizing or computing your taxes? If so, you can write off a portion of your computer and all of the software that's so related. In fact, your computer and internet connection just became partially deductible just for asking a bonafide question.

if your a teacher they are, dont know about students. You could I guess argue that they are work related if your job is being a student.
