I love it when my girlfriend gently caresses the back of my neck and tops of my shoulders. She usually follows that up with running her hands down (and all around in a wavy pattern) my back. She actually likes(and so do I!!!) to, without my having to ask, massage my forearms and hands too! The one thing she does that no matter how bad a day I've had that can always put me to sleep is gently run her hands and fingertips over my face and hair. I always wake up refreshed and feeling wonderful afterward.

Scalp massage. If you two live in a city and/or walk alot how about a foot massage? Just do the scalp massage before the foot massage.
