theres no one force... mainly kinetic...
gravity has nothing to do with windy day for those stupids...
turbalance is refered to at high altitude usually for planes there is no turbalance force on the ground riding at 30 km ph LOL. turbulance hahahah.....

When I use to bike there was not very many winds that blew at my back but just the opposite...it was very exhausting It was easier to get off and walk.
