I was on a site called Mate1.com It is free for women but men has to pay. I went on it and a month later I met my boyfriend who I have been dating for 8 mths and going strong. Funny thing is he lived up the block from me!
Just be careful doing these sites and always meet in a public place when you feel the time is right.

I joined an online dating service (I'll leave it nameless) and I, personally, hated it. My inbox was filled with men that I was TOTALLY not compatible with. Just creepy guys that thought my picture was "hot." I had to block several for contacting me several times even though I said I wasn't interested. I always got too nervous to actually follow through with meeting someone in person so I just never did.

I got creeped out buy it, but I'm a unique case. I'm sure some people have success with it.

, they used to be but now its basically a place for men to find sex. There are guys out there who want a real relationship but its so hard to find one. However if you do venture into that world check craigslist. - Even though there are lots of pervs there, you can still weed out the good ones, with time. Good luck

no. you're better off meeting someone the good old fashioned way. a lot of the people on those web sites are ugly and really creepy if you meet one like in person so you're better off meeting someone the regular way. good luck.

No. The trial periods for ones you must pay for are the exception. Keep in mind, you'll mostly get what you pay for.

definatly not you never know who could be out there trying to hide themselves and then try to meet you and come after you later on. don't try it it is very dangerous!!!
