hey,
im a male and 16 years old, and I eat around thrice as much as anyone else in my family. Im lean and exercise 3-4 days a week for 45 minutes. But still, is this much eating normal? Its like im constantly hungry!

not really, i mean if you're healthy and particularly because you're exercising your body NEEDS the fuel. so thats why you're hungry, and you're young and fit which would mean a high metabolism!!!! lucky f*cker!

I think you're a normal growing teenage boy. As long as you are eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise you should be fine.

You're growing. You NEED all that food, especially since you exercise. And it's good that you don't eat that much junk food.

Sounds like you just have a high metabolism. If you have symptoms like nausea, weakness, fatigue, sweating, and depression, you might have what's called hyperthyroidism. However, if you feel healthy, I wouldn't worry. Keep an eye on your weight--make sure it doesn't fluctuate too rapidly.

no, teenaged people are naturally more hungry than non-teenaged people because that is when you grow the most in your life.
