okay, well it's hard to decide on just that... but it seems as if you don't like the first boy so much. if you don't like him, don't lead him on. do you know if the second one likes you? Does he flirt with you? Do you notice him looking at you and then you match his gaze and then he looks away? Does he seem to remember a lot of things about you? Ummmm... If you said yes, then he likes you. No doubt.

well first of all who treats you better and who shows that they really care about you? second of all ask the guy you like if he feels the same way. if he dont then you can give the other guy a chance...you never know he might really be the one for you. if he does care about you then go with him and still talk with the other guy that way every one wins!

lets not kid ourselves. only you can answer that question. no matter what I tell you I am still not you.
so take the pros and cons of each guy and pick the best
also I would need a heck of a lot more details and plus I would need to know you and at least have seen each guy once.

u could ask the boy who likes u ,if the guy u like likes u.
that way u let the boy who likes u ,
know u kinda don't feel the same way.

as for asking the guy out, that's really hard for me anyway.
