On internet explorer, I keep getting "not responding" error message. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If it is giving you a "not responding" error... how did you get to yahoo, and submit this question... ??

Well, if somehow, it's not responding, but you can still get to yahoo... I don't know what to tell you. maybe the other websites you are trying to get to are having problems of their own... or your internet provider is giving you the intermittent trouble.

Hi

Im sorry to say that when that happens IE is long gone , so try either re-install it or download , FIREFOX wish is WAY better than IE . The other way around will be that xp is NOT communicating and loading the necessary files to load IE

If you are using a high speed modem, try shutting the computer down and unplugging the modem's power cord. reconnect and start your computer. It should auto detect proxy settings. Make shure your cables are not pulled out or loose.

it means that the internet is not workin restart ur comp and or call the network company!
