We dated back in 05, now we are friends with benefits BUT I can't get over him. I see him and my heart breaks. I try to hide the fact that I want him but it's getting harder and harder. I tell him I want him and he says he can't trust me.

First thing is first. STOP sleeping with him. That does not help get over the guy. Im not being mean. I know this cause I did this with my ex. The way I got over him was him being out of my life for good. It hurt for a while and I knew it was for the best. It took a long time for my heart to catch up to my mind. Now I am with a wonderful guy that treats me terrific. You will find him too. You need to stand on your own for a little bit getting over this and figuring out what you need and want from a relationship. When you do Mr Wonderful will enter your life when you leat unexpet it. It did with me.
Trust me and break all ties with him. It is the only way. You deserve much better anyway. Dont lower yourself to his standards.
