Will the false teeth wear down the tops ones or do they both have to be done at once?

Yes, you can get bottoms. You can also get partials, bridges, even implants.

False ones won't damage your real teeth.

You can do one without the other without any problems Actually some people only to have partials of tops or bottoms replacing only the bad or missing teeth.

It is possible to have false tops/bottoms and real tops/bottoms. I had a friend who lost her top teeth in an accicent and had a denture. She still had her real teeth in the bottom and it caused no problems for her.

well thats the same as top false teeth and real bottome teeth...they wont do any harm...my daughter has to get top false teeth...and will have her real bottom teeth.

You can have just uppers or just lowers. They only replace the teeth that need to be replaced.

extra often than not authentic yet some screw in, cap, crown, or what ever they are noted as ~ I had a plate made up with 2 pretend tooth on ~ i might want to no longer placed on it because I saved gagging ~ it become terrible so I not in any respect wore the plate ~ i'm hoping you deal with to type some thing out ~

The dentures would not wear down your teeth unless they weren't fitted properly.

If you are thinking of having both done, it would be best to do both and get the pain and swelling done at once.

FALSE TEETH CAN ALWAYS BE MADE TO CHEW AGAINST NATURAL TEETH. THIS IS CALLED HAVING A PARTIAL DENTURE AND IS SEEN COMMONLY EVERY DAY.
