Yes. My sister-in-law. She constantly lies, seeks out attention - good or bad. Asks everyone in the family to take care of her on a daily basis. And if you do not call her back in a timely fashion or do what she wants then she seeks revenge and starts telling people nasty lies about you. She sucks!

Yes, and it is always a struggle to stay civil and polite. But that is what we are called to do, even when a family member can be completely odious and destructive. I find it interesting that we will tolerate much more in our friends than in our family members. Sometimes if I am feeling very upset by someone in the family I ask myself, "Would I feel this strongly if a friend had done the same thing." Many times the answer is "no." That helps me to cool off, too.

yes quite of us in the family dislike the brother..i did not say we dont love him but no we dont like his personality and attitude

We get to pick and choose our friends but we don't our family. Those we are born with. LOL We have to learn patience.
