Can you get false bottom teeth and no thave false uppers?

Will the false teeth wear down the tops ones or do they both have to be done at once?

that is conceivable to have pretend tops/bottoms and authentic tops/bottoms. I had a chum who lost her proper tooth in an accicent and had a denture. She nonetheless had her authentic tooth contained in the bottom and it brought about no issues for her.
