Hey Maria,

I discovered baking soda as a daily exfoliant when I ran out of Clinique and didn't make it to the mall for a few weeks. Arm and Hammer sent me a brochure and I recalled that as one of the features.

Baking soda is mild and can be used daily. Also, you don't have to leave it on as a mask, you can start scrubbing right away.

Check the Arm and Hammer website for other useful baking soda tips.

A healthy diet is always important to good skin. Always drink plenty of water to hydrate your skin, and for pimples drinking jasmine tea helps very much. Remember to wash your face daily. Then apply toner to your face and neck. Then apply lotion to your face and neck. Remember to put it on your neck because many people make the mistake by not doing that. Many people’s necks are very dirty and if they wash their face, but not neck it does not help a bit. If you have pimples apply a drop of tea tree oil on it before you go to bed. If you don’t have the oil just apply toothpaste. However, don’t use the whitening or any other kind of toothpaste because you don’t want to bleach your skin. If you have problems on your nose you should get biore strips. If you would like ant specific kind of face wash, I use AUBREY Organics: Natural Herbal. It is all vegan, and it has 100% natural ingredients. For more information go to www.aubrey-organics.com or www.herbalremediesinfo.com/Acne.html or www.biore.com.

I love the St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It works well for me, and is typically available under $5.00.

I've used them all from expensive to inexpensive and I've found mixing a paste of baking soda & my cleanser to be the best. Nothing makes your skin feel smoother. I just love it and use it all the time.
