Yes. And He has. God can expand Himself unlimitedly. In every living being there is a soul, and next to the soul is the Supersoul, God, and yet God is always Himself, in His abode. There are as many forms of God as there are living entities, and they are all exactly the same as God, and they are God.

As water is water in a raindrop ,river, lake or ocean. As the colors of the rainbow are contained within sunlight, so to are we all contained within the light of Gods unconditional love. "God dwells within you as you".

that's an old sophisticated question. Since the question is not right it has no real answer. if one says yes it will bother the oneness of god, and if No it bothers the power of god.
