First, check to see if you have spark at the spark plug end.
If you have spark, you have a plug failure.
Replace the plug.
If you have no spark, back up to the coil end, use a different wire to test, if you have spark you have a bad wire.
replace the wire.
If no spark, you have a bad coil.
Replace the coil
Notice that the bad cylnders are on the same bank?

does the car have coil packs? if so try plugging i n new (other ones that work are fine too) ones and see if that fixes it.also check the plug wires.has someone changed them recently? may be in wrong position switched wires. could also possible have jumped timing. pull cover and check belt(chain). hope this helps.

replace the ign coil module, thats what usually fails to cause this problem.but to be sure, swap coils around to see if it changes anything .
