In Jan of '06 I received a DWI in Dallas. I then received a dui in OK that same month before I had been to court on the DWI in TX. I went to court in TXMarch 8 and was given 2 yrs probation. I then got another DUI in OK on March 28. On April 4th I checked myself into a 6 month residential rehab. During this tim I mailed in a report to TX stating that I had been arrested again for DUI in OK.
I spoke w/ my PO in TX several times during my 6 months there. They said that I was exactly where I needed to me and I faxed them proof of residency and of graduation. I went to court in OK on Nov 11. Both of my DUI's in OK were put on a defferred sentence. My PO in TX even probated my fines and comm serv. for my time in rehab. During this time my probation was transferred several times and I spoke with several different people. Yesterday I got a letter in the mail saying that a warrant for my arrest had been issued because I had violated my probation. Could this be a mistake? HELP!!!

If what you are saying is true, than of course there could have been a mistake. Most likely it occurred when you transferred between P.O.'s.

You need to do two things. First, gather all you documentation in regards to attending rehab to have ready for court. Second, (And more importantly) contact your original P.O. and talk to him. He can guide you through this mess better than any of us. If he no longer works there, as to speak with the supervisor. They should be able to show your path you took from P.O. to P.O. The court will need this explanation.

Lastly, don't ever drink again. It's obvious you can't handle it.
