Yes. Select 'file' and 'Import and Export' and choose 'Export to a file'. Now you can select the format in which to save. I tend to save backups as .pst files but you can use Access or Excel. Try it out and find the format you like...
You can 'Save exported file' to any location on yr computer by browsing to the target; i.e. yr pen drive if you have it in.

Use the Export function and save the Exported files on your SD.

Do you want to back-up your information (emails, address book, etc)?

Do you want to back-up Microsoft Outlook (the program)?
