A Pluralist sounds like a true open-minded person. I have known many who say they are, but when talking philosophy and religion with them, I realize they are still set in their own ways. I like that word, Pluralist. I think I'll refer to myself as one. I was raised around many different religions (the best gift I ever recieved from my grandma), so none ever had a chance to "stick." Never having been brainwashed by one, I still tend to follow many, even in my atheistic outward attitude.
As a Pluralist (I'm already enjoying having a set title that makes sence), I can even see how the seemingly bad in the world can be necessary, and that many religions are saying the same thing. I like the ideas they present. However, find one thing interesting about all religions... Death.
If you look at all religions as paths and all these paths are the same with the same outcome, how are their finalities similar? They all say you go where they tell you they go. They give you a belief and tell you that's where you are going. Like a dream. If in 20 seconds of R.E.M. sleep you can dream a lifetime, what can you dream in your dying moments after your brain has detectably shut down?

I think many spiritual paths exist, every life seeking God, will find. Jesus said, I am the (Way) the Truth and the Life. I would consider, " The Way", a Spiritual Path.
