How can you get un-frizzy but good loooking curls? What are some good curl-enhancer products?

I use IC Hair polisher, followed by plenty of mousse, my favorite mousse is Finesse Touchables. I was always having frizzy hair and my stylist told me I just wasn't using enough mousse. I started using more and have hardly had any frizzy days since.
