Everytime I start to judge I get a flash back of my sins and how I am no different.

A lot in my younger years. I think people are more judgmental when they are young and have not been through a lot. You become aware of the wider world as you get older.

Yes, when I fail to remember God's goodness and forbearance and long suffering. Judging righteous judgment means getting stones thrown at you also.

Absolutely. It happens all the time. I think that is why it is best to be slow to anger and not to be so judgmental. We all make mistakes and should realize that we always will. We shouldn't expect more out of someone else than we can do ourselves.

Absolutely. It's a good thing, too. It makes us more aware of ourselves rather than the shortcomings of other people. It's also a way for us to help others since we've done the same thing.
