Being blonde is often connected to being stupid because most of the women that are anorexic are blondes. And when you think about it you need food in order to keep your brain working properly and insufficient amount of food will do the opposite. So that's why the connection between blondes and stupidity is always made, so it's not necessarily that all blondes are stupid. ;) My sister is blonde and she is an intelligent young woman so is my mom.

No it's not true, it is a myth promoted by the film industry. Actresses like Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield (there are plenty more) were portrayed as "dumb blondes", and unfortunately for an awful lot of very intelligent blonde ladies, the label has stuck.

Of course it's not true!It's thought that blondes are stupid mainly because of the thick blonde celebs around! Besides I know a very stupid brunette who asks totally thick questions!!!

I have no idea. I don`t think blondes are stupid. I just think that maybe people steriotype blondes because a certain clique were preps and true preps act stupid and usually have blonde hair. It also maybe that people with diff. hair colours are jealous because they wish that they had blonde hair. So they make fun of blondes out of jealousy. I don't know, thats just always what I thought. I wish I had blonde hair lol. But that doesnt mean I make fun of "dumb blondes" because I dont. People tell me Im a dumb blonde but im brunette..?!?! Wtf.

a blonde goes into a hotel room and its more than 3 hours before she comes out again.
what happened to you a friend asked ?
i couldn't get out she replied, there were 3 doors in the room, one went in the bathroom one into the wardrobe and the third had a 'do not disturb' notice hanging on the door
reason 2
A blonde got stuck in some quicksand and it wasn't long before only her head and shoulders were left above the ground, fortunetely, one of the strongest men from the local village was passing by and heard her cries for help, dont panic he said just grab my hand and i'll pull you out.
no matter how hard he pulled. the blonde just sank lower and lower,
I can't understand it, said the strongman, il have to get some help,
"No wait" the blonde shouted in panic, would it help if i took my feet out of the stirrups?.

In order to feel reassured people like to think that somewhere, someone is more stupid than they know they are unconciously.
So men think women are stupid, white people/black people, french people /belgians and everyone came to an agreement on blonds, because it was handy.

Its people like Paris Hilton, jade goody ..... they have made a fortune for just being blonde and acting dumb,
they think its great...sad cows!!
Because of them blondes in the real world get tarred with the same brush

No. There was a girl who was doing extra credit (blonde hair, remember that), and she decided to do an extra credit report on the age-old myth--can you fold a paper more than 7 times? She went to a shopping mall and made a gigantic roll of toilet paper and folded it 12 times!! No doubt she got her credit.

Because its normally the bleached blondes that are stupid. Anyone who is brunette and is willing to bleach their hair blonde has got to be stupid.
