I believe moving objects is called telekinesis and should be researched on paranormal activity sites as it is done with the "power" of the mind and not with any external influence of magical properties on an item. The first rule or belief of Wicca is "Harm Noone." so putting a spell upon someone would probably turn out badly. Seeing ghosts probably requires both an ingrained sensitivity to other-worldy beings and the "desire" of the ghost, apparition or angel to be seen. Although your curiousity is normal-if not admirable-your youthful desire for instant gratification through the use of spells often leads to misconceptions, abuse of power and dangerous activity. In most circles, spells are generally used for personal empowerment, spiritual cleansing, protection and the understanding of forces beyond human understanding to lead us down paths of peace and harmony with the world around us and the people/animals in it. To start, Harry Potter spells don't work.
The spells that the Wicca cast are merely hopeful wishes. Incantations and ritual are used to give that wish a better chance at becoming reality. Magicians levitate and transform objects with tricks and slight of hand maneuvers, spell casting done by Witches does not work that way.

pick up nightshade and a bottle of vermouth pour the vermouth over the nightshade and mash with pestal and morter...pour on your hands and then hold your hands exactly 3 inches apart bend your knees just a hair, and cut a fart...that should do it..
