Maybe the family crest. That way you and your brothers show respect to the whole family as well as keeping it close to the three of you.

Well, you could find an Italian antique family symbol. I am Puertorican and my husband is Irish, so he got a circle that symbolizes family ties but it originated in Ireland. I'm Puertorican, and wanted something special. I love to salsa, so I got a man and a woman dancing to salsa on my lower back. It symbolizes both of us. You could do something real cool like a puzzle piece.......don't take it literally. I meant, something that will have a missing part. For example, the oldest could have the starting point, and the youngest could have the whole thing. Meaning that people would have to actually see all of you together to be able to see the whole picture.

Get a little Monk holding an Italian flag. Maybe keep the rest simple by just having "brothers" underneath it translated to Italian...what ever that would be.

You could just have "adelfos" within the design, or have it as the main design in really decorative text. Lettering tattoos can be just as effective as pictures, I have a few of them. Or mix it with greek key designs, like a wrist band or armband or somethin! Or you could have a 3 way tri-key design or greek swirl design one for each brother and leave it at that, or circle the text "o adelfos mou" round it!

I have a friend who got a tattoo for her and her 2 brothers. she got her zodiac sign and theirs and did a pretty sweet triangular design with it. But with whatever ideas u have for a tattoo, if you go to any good tattoo shop they should be able to help you out and draw something up for u.
