JVC GR-DVP10ek. No picture on webcam.?

Picture there in audio & Vidio settings in Windows Messenger and in other software programs. When using the webcam I can see the other person but they can't see me. (maybe a good thing for them) Any help appreciated.

In the other software progs, make sure it is set as your primary device!
