eat healthy foods! try Cheerios and food that says it can help lower cholesterol, and fruits, and veggies. also make sure you're getting enough exercise. there are also some vitamins that can help but none are coming to mind right now. go to your local store and look through the vitamins. you should find some that will help without taking prescription meds.

I am eating a big bowl of oatmeal each day. You will have to check this out and try to find answers for your self. Too much niacin can harm your liver (a little is good a lot is not) i know that for sure. I can not take medicine so i won't go there any more. It affects my muscles. i will not try it again or even some other natural products. I am searching for some more help myself and i am going to start taking cayenne and eat fresh garlic as well)again because at least it makes my blood circulate better and vitamin E. Some people say vinegar and honey is good. When you come right down to it not too much of anything helps but a certain percent! I don't believe all this proved stuff anyway i have to try it out for myself.

After doing some home work to ensure I was about to deal with a reputable outfit, I was very glad with the level of service, and the quality of the product I had ordered. Glad to say I will be doing business with them again and referring them to friends.
