Try taking deep breaths. Forget what's being said just take deep breath. Drone out surrounding noises. Visits a counsel if you need to.

when u have one, breathe into a paper pag slowley, sit down an close ur eyes and let ur shoulders drop, lean back in a recliner and tighten up the muscles in ur arms by tighting your fist, count to ten, relax, count slowely to 5, and tighten up urbuttlocks, count to 10, relax, now count to 5. now raise ur shoulders tight as u can. count to 5, now relax, with ur legs streight out,tighten ur leg muscles, count to 5 an relax.this will relax you and the attack will go away. u have an underlying problem. talk to a friend about whats bothering u.dont worry ull be fine they wont kill you. i had them too but they soon went away. god bless

if it's mild, i find a quiet place to meditate and breathe. ( in through the nose, out through the mouth ) i take my meds. drink some caffeine-free tea. listen to relaxing, mellow music. light your favorite scented candle or incense. if it's a bad one, i take my meds and then go biking or clean the house. anything to keep myself busy and moving. exercise always helps! just pick your favorite activity, then a shower or bath and the meditation. good luck!
