Use Rograin my aunt went to a hair dresser and she asked them to trim her ends but they cut all her hair off and in six months l8tr her hair was down at her back it really works even when your pregnant it makes your hair grow.
If you want something to use that is a shampoo or conditioner use Pantene for relaxed and colored hair . And if your hair is died or bleached use colored pantene and use it weekly.

You should try going to this website. It's called www.hairformula37.com. These vitamins that you take will make your hair grow really long, and healthy too. The good thing about this product is that it's for any hair type, and any race too. I use it and it works. I'm a black female too. Just read the testimonials if your in doubt. Good luck!

Those hair growing vitamins are a myth. You need to keep your scalp clean, moisturized and massaged and drink lots of water. You can wrap your hair (at the end of the day) to keep the ends from drying out in the air. and wear a silk or satin scarf to bed.

I dont know of any vitamins but, try massging your scalp before bed each night. Keep your hair moisturized. Wrap it up at night because your pillow can be breaking your ends. Dont flat iron or hot comb your hair unless you know how to properly do it.
Go to a hair dresser regularly. Someone trusted will treat your hair right. Use shampoos for black hair. Motions works well.
If you know of any vitamins that DO work email me with its name. I would like to grow my hair too.
good luck!

really you would see a lot of hair growth if you got braids or a sew in weave. having you hair braided helps to reduce damage to the hair if it is done properly. heat is one of the biggest culprits but braiding if done properly can help to protect the hair. can't say any specific vitamins that will grow hair, but a good multi in addition to haveing a good diet will help the body to have the nutrients it needs to do all functions well. keep hair oiled with natural oils like coconut oil, carrot oil, olive oil etc. do not use any greases on your scalp as these often have petrolatum in it which clogs the hair follicules. but I would suggest braids

All of the above sounds good but one thing is vital that most sisters ignore is combing your hair gently from the bottom working your way up. Be patient with it. It hurts 'my' head to see women raking through their hair. Getting trims regularly eases knots and tangles.
