Adderall does have impotence or changes in sex drive as a reported side effect. If you are experiencing this or any other type of side effect, you need to mention this to your doctor.

I've read mixed answers to this question over the years. Some say it actually increases libido. For me, it didn't have any sexual effects either way. It is a possibility Adderall can cause sexual side effects but it is far less likely to be a problem with a stimulant than with an antidepressant like Effexor or any of the SSRI's.

As an extension of the nurse's answer, my answer is "yes" from personal experience. It caused a lot of problems in the relationship I was in at the time, he felt I wasn't attracted to him, etc. Once I graduated college, I didn't really need the adderall for my job so it got better.
