This morning I woke up with pain in my leg like smething was pulling on me and it cramped up I mean I experinced a cramp I go to the gym it was a charile horse I am pretty sure any ideas on how to mange the pain? It is going better now but still hurts a little

hi, try not doing exercise this days, put your legs on pillow or something else to be somehow elevated, and you can do hot compresses. but if your leg is very swollen, red, and worm you should go to the ER, because this can be deep venous thrombosis, take care

heat olive oil and apply on legs... give a gently massage for 20 mins and then soak leg in hot water for 15 mins. Repeat this every day for the next 5 days... Further to this if pain stays... contact doctor for assistance

eat more potassium, like bananas. and make sure your stretch before working out.
